The Library is keen to provide the necessary consultation for Egyptian libraries, using information technology, this includes consultations needed for preparation of development studies and implementation phases. IDSC - within ten years time - managed to develop more than 458 libraries of ministries, governorates' information centers, in addition to public libraries, university and schools' libraries, as well as some organizations, Arab and regional states' libraries.
